As part of our ongoing commitment to being kind to the environment we are also passionate about influencing and encouraging our customers to do the same.
When a unit reaches its ‘end of life’, we can recycle the product for you free of charge. This process is really easy, simply give us a call on 01422 399155, email hello@we-cair.com or contact your Account Manager directly. Once we have received the recycle request, our Team will create a new Returns number for you and your item(s) can then be sent directly to our Recycling Department.
Once we have received the ‘end of life’ unit(s) our team will take the materials apart and separate any plastic, metal, electronics and batteries. These will then be stored in our recycling area until such a time as there is enough quantity to merit a large van load to collect. We will use external organisations to take the items to reuse and recycle according to local government guidelines.
